TidalHealth is offering current employees and new applicants loan repayment opportunities. This can include loan repayment for eligible accredited college degrees or allied health certification programs. All applicants are evaluated based on the criteria in this application and competed on the below criteria for a limited number of TidalHealth loan repayment opportunities awarded annually.

- Registered Nurse
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Respiratory Therapist
- Echo Sonography
- Physical Medicine (PT; PTA; OT; OTA; Speech)
- Social Work
- Pharmacy Technicians
- Laboratory Technicians and Technologists
- Imaging Technicians (Radiological, MRI, CT, Cardiovascular Technology)
- Nurse Practitioner
- Physician Assistant
- Certified Nursing Assistant
- Surgical Technician
- RNFA
- Patient Care Technician
- Medical Assistant
- Phlebotomists
- Clinical Dietitian
- Exercise Physiologist
Criteria:
- Recent (within the last 6 months) college graduate from an eligible healthcare program.
- Student must have obtained and show proof of an eligible healthcare-related program degree from accredited school.
- Submission of evidence of college loan, i.e. a loan statement showing loan balance.
- Must be hired into an eligible part-time or full time position. Part-time is pro-rated based on FTE status.
- Must commit to being a TidalHealth employee for a commitment of 1 year for up to $6,000 repayment of loan or 2 years for up to a $12,000 repayment of loan.
- The team member must be in a minimum standby status and must have satisfactorily completed the four month introductory period to be eligible for this program.
You will need to submit the following:
- A completed application
- A copy of your current transcript showing the enrollment or completion of the eligible healthcare-related program at an accredited college or university or certification
- Submission of evidence of college loan, i.e. a loan statement showing loan balance.
