Troop 821 Annual Christmas Tree Sale Order Form

Thank you for supporting Troop 821 with our annual Christmas tree and wreath sale. We have Fresh cut Fraser Fir Trees with several size options and fresh non decorated wreaths and garland. Add that Christmas look to your fresh wreath with a bow for only $5. Also, if you don't want your tree delivered come to our tree lot open 11/24/18 and 11/25/18 (these two days only) from 9 am - 7 pm at the fleet reserve 91 at 5391 Collins Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32244 and pick out your own tree. Preorder on this form and select pickup option below if you would like to pick up your tree. Supplies will be limited for non-preordered trees. (Over 9ft are preorder only) With your pickup tree purchases we will provide some thin rope as available for tying down but recommend you bring straps or heavy duty rope for tying your tree down. We do not offer delivery at this time for trees that you come to pick out. We currently only offer delivery for preorder trees and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Walkup purchases we will accept cash, and credit cards only.

If you would like to purchase more than one tree type or would like to deliver a tree to more than one location you just enter the total number of each item you want and if you are ordering for someone else enter delivery information in the notes.
