5-Month Contract Members are REQUIRED to attend both Live Show Weekends.
Video Shoots, Photo Shoots and other events are OPTIONAL.

*Your first show fee of $325 is due at the time of Registration as a Non-Refundable Deposit.
*Second show fee payment of $325 will be debited August 15th, 2024 and is non-refundable, non-transferable. *First tuition payment will be auto-debited on August 5th, 2024. *
**2-Month Contracts pay tuition for BOTH months upfront upon Registration as a Non-Refundable Deposit.
 
Show Fee payment of $375 will debit from your card on file on the first day of the Season! You will recieve an email reminder before the show fee is debited from your account.

You will be charged a Registration Fee of $145 for signing up with RSTC. This Fee is Non-Refundable, and Non-Transferable. *
Payments are non-refundable & non-transferable after they have been made.
Cancellations MUST be sent in writing via e-mail to office@rhythmicsoulstapcompany.com. Telephone, text message, and in-person notifications will not be accepted.

I choose to be a positive addition to the company, and if at any time we feel like you aren't holding up your commitment to supporting other dancers, having professional work ethic, & keeping a positive attitude as much as possible, our staff can ask you to be dismissed.

I understand and have read through the information for the Rhythmic Souls Tap Company Season and I agree to adhere to the requirements to the best of my ability.

All dancers are required to keep a credit/debit card on file which will be automatically debited for tuitions, show fees, and other fee due dates. I agree to have my card automatically charged for monthly tuition on the 5th of each month of my committed contract. If the payment is declined or late, there will be a $15 late charge fee. 

Should you wish to end your participation in the program, monthly auto-debits will cease 30 days after the date of notification. Cancellations MUST be sent in writing via e-mail to office@rhythmicsoulstapcompany.com. Telephone, text message, and in-person notifications will not be accepted. *
As the talent, or the parent/guardian of the talent listed above, I/we agree that we are responsible for our own safety and actions while using any Rhythmic Souls Tap Company equipment, premises, or facilities for all Show Week Events. We hereby agree to comply with all Company policies and rules, including but not limited to all Company policies, guidelines, signage, and instructions. Because the rental facilities are open for use by other individuals, we recognize that we may be at a higher risk of contracting COVID-19.  With full awareness and appreciation of the risks involved, we as the talent or parent/guardian(s) hereby forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Released Parties listed above & release their employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by us related to COVID-19 or other injury/disease whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties, any third-party using the rental facilities, or otherwise, while participating in any activity while in, on, or around Rhythmic Souls Tap Company rental facilities and/or while using any rental facility tools, equipment, or materials. 

I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY , DEFEND , AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL COSTS , EXPENSES , DAMAGES , CLAIMS , LAWSUITS , JUDGMENTS , LOSSES , AND / OR LIABILITIES ( INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES ) ARISING EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM OR RELATED TO ANY AND ALL CLAIMS MADE BY OR AGAINST ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES DUE TO BODILY INJURY , DEATH , LOSS OF USE , MONETARY LOSS , OR ANY OTHER INJURY FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE KM Creative Productions Rental FACILITIES TOOLS , EQUIPMENT , OR MATERIALS , WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY RELATED TO COVID-19 . 

By signing below I acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed, including without limitation the Release of Liability and Indemnification requirements contained in this document; I am sufficiently informed about the risks involved in using Rhythmic Souls Tap Company rental facilities to decide whether to sign this document; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made. I agree that this Waiver of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Texas law, and that if any of the provisions hereof are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced as fully as possible and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement of the Waiver of Liability as a whole. This waiver remains in effect until the State of Texas lifts all COVID-19 related mandates. 

Video/Photography Release.
I hereby grant Rhythmic Souls Tap Company, LLC, and/or any of the authorized photographers and videographers permission to photograph and/or videotape me during their events, and to use my likeness for broadcast or for use in any or all public relations and/or marketing efforts on behalf of Rhythmic Souls Tap Company, LLC. I understand that I will not receive or be entitled to any form of compensation if Rhythmic Souls Tap Company, LLC uses my likeness for any form of broadcast, marketing, or any other purpose, and I  willingly give my consent in return for being allowed to participate in all Rhythmic Souls Tap Company, LLC activities. *
I understand that my payment is non-refundable & non-transferrable once submitted.  *
