Welcoming You Back for In-Person Care

MetroHealth is pleased to offer in-person visits for you and your family. When you arrive at one of our appointment locations, please follow these key procedures to keep you and our staff safe:

  • Check in electronically prior to the appointment (see MyChart). 
  • Travel to the appointment alone.
  • Bring a mask or face covering to wear.
  • You will be screened for a fever as you enter the building.
  • If you were unable to check in electronically, you will be screened for new cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.

Guests or visitors are permitted to accompany adult patients when special assistance is required, or if medically necessary. See our Visitation Policy for details.
