MetroHealth cares about how you want us to communicate with you. We will make every effort to honor your choices as long as we are not prevented from contacting you for urgent or emergent issues. Please use this form to opt out of the following types of communications.
Fundraising communications. If you opt out, you will not receive updates on investments in MetroHealth or notice of opportunities to donate to The MetroHealth System and The MetroHealth Foundation. You may also change your fundraising communication preferences by contacting The MetroHealth System's Foundation and System Philanthropy Department directly by email at
mhfdevelopment@metrohealth.org or by phone at
800-325-5606, ext. 85665 (calling from inside of Ohio) or
800-554-5251, ext. 85665 (calling from outside of Ohio).
Health/wellness promotional communications. If you opt out, you will not receive general health-related information, such as the Simply Well newsletter. You can always access the Simply Well newsletter online at
www.metrohealth.org/simplywell.
Health care reminders (powered by TeleVox). If you opt out, you will not receive some scheduling reminders about your health care. Examples include reminders to:
- schedule follow up appointments or tests
- reschedule missed appointments
Health care notices (powered by Epic Hello World). If you opt out, you will not receive some notices about your health care. Examples include notice of:
- upcoming appointment reminders
- appointments canceled or changed
- outstanding bills, upcoming appointment estimate costs, and payments due
Patient health care education (powered by UpToDate Patient Engagement/EMMI). If you opt out, you will not receive easy-to-understand educational information about your health.
Recent visit survey communications (powered by NRC Health). If you opt out, you will not receive requests to provide us feedback about recent visits. This excludes opting out of regulatory surveys. For questions related to opting out of surveys, please contact Patient Relations at
