NOTE: ALL ITEMS MUST BE HANDMADE BY THE EXHIBITOR(S) LISTED ON THE APPLICATION! THIS IS A HANDMADE ART AND CRAFTS SHOW. IF ANY ITEMS FOR SALE ARE NOT HANDMADE BY THE EXHIBITOR, THE COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK THAT EXHIBITOR TO REMOVE THAT MERCHANDISE OR BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY AND THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INTO ANY FUTURE SHOWS PRODUCED BY THE FIESTA IN THE PARK COMMITTEE.

BOOTH SPACES are 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. If more space is desired, your booth can be doubled to 10' x 20'. There is a maximum of two booth spaces together per application. You must stay within your own space. This includes tent weights, canopies and display stands. Booths will be located in Robinson Street, Eola Drive, Washington St, and International Plaza.

The number of artisans will be limited to 200 at Spring Fiesta in the Park. The Committee provides space only. We provide no tents, chairs or tables.

Participants may not sell, trade or otherwise dispose of their booth space as this is a function of the Fiesta in the Park Committee

Notification of acceptance or non-acceptance will be made by e-mail as soon as possible after receipt of your application.  If you are not accepted you will receive a full refund of your space fee. Application fee non refundable.

AWARDS

  • Awards will be given in the following categories:

    • Best of Show: $2,500. Spring Fiesta in the Park Best of Show artwork will be purchased by the Fiesta in the Park Committee and will be placed on permanent loan and displayed in the Lake Eola House.

    • Four Awards of Excelence winners will be selected with no reguard to catagory and be awarded $1,000. each
    • First, second, third place awards and Merit awards will be considered in the following categories: Fine Art, Folk Art Crafts and Creative Crafts. Each category will be awarded the following:

      • First place: $750.​

      • Second place: $500.

      • Third place: $250.

    • Ten Merit award winners will be selected with no regard to category and be awarded $200 each.​

FLORIDA SALES TAX

Sales Tax must be collected on all sales. Each artist is responsible for collecting and reporting Florida Sales Tax to the Florida Department of Revenue. The current tax rate for FL / Orange County is six and one-half percent (6.5%). If you are a Florida based business you must supply a current sales tax number.

SECURITY

  • You are responsible for setting up and securing your booth and merchandise. The park will be patrolled on Friday and Saturday nights, however, the Fiesta in the Park Committee and its sponsors assume no responsibility for any articles left, stolen or damaged. 

AGREEMENT:

I agree to abide by the Fiesta in the Park Committees decision to accept or reject any item(s) shown. The undersigned does hereby and forever discharge the Fiesta in the Park Committee and its sponsors, including the City of Orlando, from all manner of action, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity from any loss or damage to undersigned’s property while in the park, possession, supervision or auspices of the above named agents, representatives or employees. The undersigned will comply with the rules, regulations as set forth in this application.
